Authorize a representative: International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) applications
Have someone other than the owner, principal officer or director represent your carrier or speak on behalf of your carrier about your International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) application by submitting a Letter of Authority Authorization Form to authorize a representative. You can submit the form when you apply or when you need to make an authorization change.
