Wholesaler Petroleum Product Fee Recovery Form
Wholesalers of petroleum products need to pay an administration fee of $0.0009 on every dollar of gasoline and diesel products they sell. This monthly fee covers the costs of administering the Petroleum Products Pricing Act and regulations.
Use the Wholesaler Petroleum Product Fee Recovery Form to calculate and submit your fees each month. The fees are used to cover the costs of administering the Petroleum Products Pricing Act and regulations.
Recovery fees are due monthly. Fees are calculated at $0.0009 on every dollar of gasoline and diesel products you sell.
You must submit the fee recovery form and fees at the same time that you submit your Generic Fuel Collector Summary Form and taxes. The Generic Fuel Collector Summary Form is the monthly fuel tax return form provided to agents and wholesalers once an agreement is signed with the Tax Commission.

What you need to do
- Complete the form.
- Include payment with your form.
- Send your completed form and payment by mail (at the same time you submit your monthly Generic Fuel Collector Summary Form and taxes).
Payment options
The recovery fees can be paid by cheque made payable to the Minister of Finance or bank transfer. The cheque should be for the recovery fees only. Use a separate cheque to submit your taxes along with the Generic Fuel Collector Summary Form.
