Online Dealer Services
Authorized motor vehicle dealers can use Online Dealer Services to submit customer applications to title, permit and plate eligible vehicles instead of visiting Access Nova Scotia Scotia or Registry of Motor Vehicles in person. You can choose to have Registry of Motor Vehicles mail the title, permit and plate to your customer or dealership.

Licensed motor vehicle dealers and approved rental agencies can use Online Dealer Services to submit vehicle registration transactions for:
- new vehicles
- used vehicles registered in Nova Scotia
- passenger vehicles
- light trucks
- motorcycles
- fleet or bulk vehicle purchases
Document delivery
You can choose to have Registry of Motor Vehicles mail the title, permit and plate to your customer or dealership. You can also pick up the documents at Access Nova Scotia.
Before you start
If your dealership would like to use Online Dealer Services, you need to complete a short survey. The survey asks a few questions about your dealership (like contact information, number of employees and your typical transaction volume).
Technical requirement
When you use the service online you need to create an account or sign in.
Options
You can visit Registry of Motor Vehicles or Access Nova Scotia to drop off vehicle registration requests in person if you’re unable to use the online service.
