Superintendents as Tenants Policy: Residential Tenancies
The Superintendents as Tenants Policy (Policy 35) explains that superintendents are considered to be tenants and have all the rights and responsibilities as any other tenant, except for tenure.
This policy describes how superintendents who get accommodations as part of their job do not get tenure. It also describes how superintendents have the same rights and responsibilities as other tenants under the Residential Tenancies Act.
