The Manufactured Home Sale and Purchase Policy (Policy 18) explains that a tenant in a land-lease community (mobile park) can’t be forced into buying a manufactured home (mobile home) from the landlord, and can buy whatever they want. It also describes the procedures to follow if there are disagreements between the tenant and landlord about the purchase or sale of a manufactured home (mobile home).

They don’t have to buy a manufactured home (mobile home) from the landlord. It also describes procedures for the tenant to follow if there is a disagreement.
