Extension of Hours Policy: liquor licences
Criteria that establishments with Permanent Liquor Licences need to meet to qualify for extending their hours of operation.
This policy explains the circumstances under which the Alcohol, Gaming, Fuel and Tobacco Division considers extensions of operating hours.
Information includes requests for extension of hours:
- at the beginning of the business day
- for host venues
- for New Year’s Eve
- for daylight saving time
