Office of L'nu Affairs
The Office of L’nu Affairs leads negotiations on Aboriginal and treaty rights with the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia and the federal government. We coordinate consultation between the Government of Nova Scotia and the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia, represent provincial interests in Aboriginal matters and provide policy advice on how to support the social and economic wellbeing of Aboriginal communities.
We also work to increase public awareness and understanding of Aboriginal issues throughout government and the province.
