General Fishing Licence Report Card (sportfishing)

General Fishing Licence holders need to submit a General Fishing Licence Report Card at the end of the fishing season.

Use the General Fishing Licence Report Card to report the number of days you fished and the number of fish caught, including released fish.

Who can use this form

General Fishing Licence holders need to use this form.

The report card is due at the end of the fishing season. You need to complete the report even if you didn’t catch any fish.

What you need to do

  1. Complete the report online.
  2. Within 7 days of the end of the fishing season, submit your completed report.

How long it takes

It should take 3 to 5 days for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to update their records.

Cost

There is no cost to submit the report.
