Apply for a Delivery Person Licence. You need the licence to deliver liquor to individuals who have ordered liquor with their food from a licensed establishment.

By law, you must have a Delivery Person Licence to deliver alcohol for a licensed establishment if you are not an employee of that establishment. An employee of the establishment doesn’t need a Delivery Person Licence to deliver liquor.
