Convert mediated settlement into Order of the Director (Form DR3)

Landlords and tenants use Form DR3 to request a mediated settlement is converted into an Order of the Director (decision) when the other party hasn’t met (complied with) the terms of the mediated settlement.

Who can use this form

Landlords and tenants need to use this form to request that a mediated settlement is converted into an Order of the Director (decision).

What you need to do

  1. Complete the form.
  2. Send a copy of the form to the other party.
  3. Send your completed form to the residential tenancy officer that issued the mediated settlement.

How long it takes

It should take 1 week to receive a decision (Order of the Director). It can take longer if more information is needed or if your application hasn’t been filled in correctly.

There is no cost to submit the form.
